Books for When Big Kids Worry

Everyone worries sometimes – it’s normal! Talking about your worries can help, and so can reading stories about other people and finding out how they manage their worries and face their fears. Or you might need a new technique to deal with anxiety, like breathing exercises or meditation. Either way, we’ve got you covered. (Like Hermione says – when in doubt, go to the library!)
