Through a generous donation from the Winchester Co-operative Bank, we are giving away activity bags each week now through August. Bags will be left on a cart outside the library parking lot entrance. Come grab one while supplies last. They are available on a first come, first served basis.
New bags will be put out every Monday with a different craft or activity. Check our social media on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter each Monday morning to see what the new craft will be!
We’re also giving out lawn signs to promote summer reading. Did you know that students’ achievement scores can decline over summer vacation by one month’s worth of school-year learning? Summer reading is a way to encourage reading outside of school and help maintain reading skills. Register for our online summer reading program and show off your favorite books of the summer!
