This school year doesn’t look much like previous school years, but one thing is still the same: Your friendly neighborhood librarian is here to help!
Whether you need help learning how to use new technology for virtual school days, access to digital resources for projects and research, or suggestions for books to engage your child after they’ve been saturated with screen time, we’ve got you covered!
If you’re doing any sort of research, make sure you check out some of the databases that we have available. Parents of elementary-aged learners should also check out Tumblebooks, full of fun e-books for kids. You can access them all from home, and they’re free with your library card!
Reader’s Advisory Form: Online Personalized Book Suggestions
Looking for books on a certain topic? Wondering what you should read for your book report? Or maybe you’re just interested in something to read in your free time for a break from school-assigned reading. We’ve got a handy form you can fill out with what types of materials you’re looking for, and we will send you a personalized email with tons of great suggestions that are specific to your interests!
Looking for some in-person homework help, technological assistance, or guidance on the resources we have available? Make an appointment to meet with a children’s librarian! Appointments last one hour and are available Monday through Thursday at 10:00am, 12:00pm, or 2:00pm. Schedule your appointment online or by phone.
