These are stressful times so we’ve put together some ways to help you cope.

Hoopla:

  • Free with your library card
  • Stream movies, ebooks, audiobooks, music, and comics.
  • Content is always available so there is no waiting and includes comedies, family-friendly, and relaxation/meditation guides.

OverDrive:

  • Free with your library card
  • Download ebooks, audiobooks, and magazines including memoirs, self-help, romance, and more.
  • Tip: Look for content marked “always available” or “no waiting” to avoid waitlists.

  • Mental health and wellness referral Helpline available Monday through Friday, 9 AM -5 PM, at 888-244-6843.
  • Free, confidential referral service for individuals across the lifespan living in Winchester.
  • Get matched with licensed mental health providers within 2 weeks of your call to INTERFACE. Each referral best meets the location, insurance, and specialty needs of the caller.

Mass 211

  • Connects callers to information about critical health and human services available in their community. Just dial 211.

  • Free meditations, podcasts, blog posts, and talks to help you build resilience and find calm.
  • Healthcare workers also get free access to the app.

Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Jelly Cam
